Encouraging justice or an analysis of Ukraine's peace strategy.
Peace is the result of justice, not the other way around. Plato, Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas, Hobbes and Kant wrote a lot about justice and why it is so important. In the context of the geopolitical conflict between Russia and Ukraine, we must reflect on these great deeds and history in order to understand that justice is the foundation of peace. Justice should become a mantra that will make the world a better place. I believe that President Zelensky knows what he is doing in this regard.

In this post, I want to talk about justice and peace, I want to consider this in the context of Russia, Ukraine and what is happening at the moment, but more importantly, to reflect on peace and justice. I advise people: "Don't be reactive, be reflexive, don't listen to the news, go into the woods and meditate on the idea of what justice is. And the idea of justice is that justice is peace, and there can be no peace without justice. An offhand example to make it clear what it's about. Let's take a look at the historical fact of September 30, 1938, when British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, during the signing of the Munich Agreement, where Germany was granted land in exchange for peace, waved a piece of paper and said that these are security guarantees, and with this paper we find peace. But already on September 1, 1939, the Colony was attacked, and the Second World War began. In fact, it was a truce, not peace. The idea of justice and a world without justice goes back to the historical traditions of our thinking and culture. We have the traditions of Aristotle, Plato and Thomas Aquinas, who say that justice is the highest good. This is such harmony, as if you are ill and you go to the doctor, and the doctor prescribes an examination and treatment, or simply issues a certificate of normal health at your request. This is the idea of justice and a world without justice. The whole idea of a just world is harmony, it is something that is in harmony with what is the highest good. This is what Plato and Aristotle described. There is Freedom, Equality and Justice. You may have too much Freedom, you don't want someone shouting "Fire" on a crowded train or doing whatever they want. You may have too much equality, but you can't invite everyone to tea. But Equal Justice is something that cannot be too much. And that's why Pope Paul the 6th said in 1971 that if you want to achieve Justice, then work for it. And this is the model that must be followed when you walk through the forest, meditate and reflect on what is happening. This is what Descartes did, who had a sensory deprivation chamber, he climbed into it and thought about justice and what it was. There is a summary of Peace in the psalms, which says that peace is justice, and it is said that the peacemakers are blessed, and they can all be called children of God. We all want to be peacemakers, but peace without justice is short-lived. History has proven this over and over again, no matter how many times it has been repeated. Russia signed a piece of paper and gave security guarantees, and violated them. Zelensky understands this, and I know he understands it. And the economic point of everything is that Trump is waving something called "sanctions relief", he is going to return the money to Russia. And for Russia, it's like a stick for a bully, and for Trump, it's like blackmail. Because arms shipments are one thing, but sanctions are what's crushing Russia right now. And if Trump wants a quick peace without justice, and to have a million Ukrainians living in some kind of demilitarized Corridor, it won't end well, think that it will rather resemble a cage. People often say that they would prefer death to life in a cage. Because the nature of humanity is Freedom, it is Justice, all these ideals that are ingrained in us. And what Trump is selling is not justice. At his core, Trump is a dictator, he does not want peace, he wants a decisive victory, because his name will be written in the history books, and it will be written there: "Look, I'm ready to negotiate!" Of course, Ukrainians will have to repeal some of their laws, which state that they cannot negotiate with a war criminal, and then Trump will look like a peacemaker and a good peace seller. But if Zelensky refuses, then the Ukrainian president will look like a bad guy who doesn't want to cooperate for peace, and the whole world will see it. So, I'm talking about the idea that justice is peace, and peace is justice, that there really isn't a world without justice in the long run. We have the experience of the Second World War. We must not forget about this, and we must understand what happens every time someone gives you a piece of paper with security guarantees and then violates them. You know, there are vendors who will sell lollipops to a woman with red lipstick, and popsicles to a woman with white gloves. Trump is also a salesman. The difference is that Zelensky is quite an intelligent and thinking person. Trump acts like a salesman in the sales department when a promotion is in effect. He uses the "porcupine technique". He sells what he needs. If you ask for a blue car, he says that blue is what you need. If you object, he throws a porcupine at you. (The porcupine method is a sales technique that involves answering a potential buyer's question with your own question, asserting control over the conversation and allowing you to move on to the next stage on the way to closing a deal. Such questions allow you to lead the client to make a decision, and, if necessary, postpone the conversation about the price). And if you put aside analytics, reflect and read the news headlines, and then just go into the woods and reflect on how synonymous peace and justice are, on what history and philosophers say, reflect on the idea that perhaps Zelensky knows about how the earth is changing to the world, that Zelensky is bluffing, pretending that he is ready to sit down at the negotiating table, because if the Tsar of Russia sits down at the negotiating table, it will show that things are going badly for the Russian economy. The Russian ruble, the Russian stock market, economic data, people inside the country - there is a lot of evidence that everything in Russia is collapsing. I think many people know about such a great thinker as Kant and that justice should be synonymous with individual happiness in freedom. And Thomas Hobbes, whose works can be seen as another discussion about justice, but it all goes back to Plato, where justice is the highest good, and peace is what happens under a fair scenario. When you reflect, remember that peace is the result of justice and justice, not the other way around, you can't have peace and hope for justice, it's dust and brainwashing. The world is a result, it is a derivative of what happens after. Justice is what people agreed on in the Budapest Memorandum table of contracts, in all the charters of the International Community, it is the collective unconscious, and most importantly, it is what you know deep down - it is the truth when people want to be free, not locked in a cage, preferring death to life in it. Think about it. This is my critical view of the peace process.

Peace is the result of justice. Justice is harmony and the highest good.
