First you need to deposit BCH to Xeggex.
Second, you trade to XPE then to BTC.
Third, you pay BTC LN invoice using Xeggex but there is 100 satoshis fee.
Operation remains the same with Kucoin but you need to trade to KCS then to BTC then pay invoice.
