Ampleforth's fall from Grace
Once upon a time, Ampleforth's $AMPL was THE major payout token here on Pub0x. And since that time, AMPL has fallen from Grace! Not just from Pub0x but across many crypto exchanges. I was surprised to see that Ampleforth showed delisted on TradingView earlier this week. Which got me thinking how many exchanges have delisted it?
I first wrote about AMPL back in Nov. '20, you can read it here. Seems the entire rebalancing based on 'variables' such as CPI were not so interesting. Did people just lose interest? Did they chase another shiny thing I think only 10,000 new tokens have launched since AMPL. Wonder which one?

- CoinCarp - Delisted Aug. '24
- MEXC - Delisted Aug. '24
I am certain there are other exchanges that have delisted AMPL, you get the point. This psuedo-stablecoin is like a hot potato that nobody wants to hold for too long.
So, my crypto dust for Ampleforth is worth even less, again! And IF AMPL ever catches on I might not be able to sell my 17 AMPL tokens. So no lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous for me. Ah, tis life, right?
Summary
If I had to summarize AMPL into one lesson it would be this. Just because a crypto project starts strong doesn’t mean it will stay strong for long! Wish I would have sense to move it to TRX or USDT something, anything else! I am glad to see Pub0x continues to evolve the platform. Thanks for reading and stay safe out there!
