Lithuanian Beer "Volfas Engelman" Pale Lager and homemade spaghetti

When summer ends and autumn begins, and tomatoes start to taste like tomatoes, not something stuffed with chemicals and pumped with water, I always make homemade spaghetti.

Making tomato puree from fresh tomatoes is admittedly time-consuming, but we always make extra for winter. We freeze or preserve any excess in jars. It's perfect in winter and spring, not only for spaghetti but also for tomato soup, for example.

Spaghetti, of course, also contains minced beef and pork, a large amount of oregano, garlic and basil, good quality pasta and, finally, grated Parmesan cheese.

Well, let's move on to another non-alcoholic beer called "Volfas Engelman", because it's my debut with this drink.

I was drawn to this beer after reading the ingredients, because in addition to barley malt, yeast, and high-quality hops, caramel barley was used. I must admit, it's very subtle, but it doesn't dominate the flavor; in fact, it's welcome.

"Volfas Engelman Pale Lager" has a golden color and a delicate aroma with floral notes. The beer, like many non-alcoholic beers, is brewed using special yeast that releases a minimal amount of alcohol during fermentation.

It tastes great chilled, has a mild, delicate flavor, and pairs well with many dishes and snacks. I can wholeheartedly recommend it as a non-alcoholic beer.

Enjoy your meal 😋😉
