Cystodermella cinnabarina - Hat: diameter 3-8 cm, in young specimens hemispherical or bell-shaped, later arched, finally flat outstretched. The edge of the hat stays rolled up for a long time. Granular surface, from orange-orange through cinnamon-red to brick-red, in the sun it fades to yellow-orange.

Gills / Lamellae: dense and slightly serrated at the stipe. In young sporocarps, white, in older ones - yellow.

Stem: 4-8 cm high, up to 1 cm thick, cylindrical and slightly extended at the bottom. It has an unstable, white, villi-scaly ring. The surface under the ring from ocher yellow to pale orange covered with cinnabar villi and scales, above the whitish-fibrous ring, but without scales.

Flesh: white to yellowish, does not change color when damaged. The taste is blurred, the smell is very weak.
