Good morning my friends, I know you love recipes like this so I decide to create something really really special for today , very easy so can anyone give it a try , let’s see


Ingredients

For the sheet
A dose of homemade puff pastry with the method of the sun


For the filling
1 and a half pack of cocktail sausages
5 colored peppers
250 g grated yellow cheese (or half-half with feta)
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 glass of wine wine
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, cinnamon


Preparation

Cut the peppers and sausages into slices
In a pan with a little oil, sauté the peppers until soft and add the sausages to lightly brown.
Quench with the wine and let it evaporate.
Add the tomato juice and ketchup.
Add the spices and let the filling simmer until it has no liquid at all.
Once it cools down a bit, add the cheeses and mix well.
Place the sheet in the pan and add the filling.
Cover with the other sheet and turn in the remaining leaves.
We carve our pie and lightly grease the surface with a little oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
