Good morning my friends and a healthy week to everyone , today I create a gentleman chicken just before cut it in pieces and create 3 different foods at 3 different days , so today we will cook the breast, let’s see
Ingredients
150 gr. Chicken breast
1 onion
1 tomato
1 carrot
½ green and. Red pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil soup
2 fresh mushrooms
salt and pepper
½ φλ. teaspoon corn for garnish
Preparation
Cut the onion, peppers, carrot, mushrooms and tomato into thin slices. In a small non-stick pan, put the onion as the first layer, the second the carrot, the mushrooms, the peppers, the chicken and last of all the tomato. Season with salt and pepper and place the pot with the lid well covered over high heat. When the lid gets a temperature that our hand can not stand, then lower the heat to half and let the food simmer in its juice for about half an hour. With the last boil, add the olive oil. Serve, garnish with corn, and eat without regrets!
