Road to opening 1000 Chaos Legion Packs Week 30 Update

The past week in splinterlands has been plentiful of updates, with more details published about the new tower defense game and the new Riftwatchers edition packs. I would love to run another challenge for the Riftwatchers edition packs, but it will have to wait until the current Choas Legion challenge is over. Running them simultaneously is not feasible from a time perspective but also from a financial perspective. This week's pack opening was slim pickings, with only one legendary card received of substantial value. For context, some weeks, I can rent out 10 - 20 cards a week from the pack opening, but that number was three this week. Regardless, we are starting to see a trend form with the yield per pack fluctuating between the -$0.85 and -$0.95 range. Therefore, we expect to lose between 85c and 95c USD per pack for every pack opened. wHeN gFl lEgEnDaRy?

Key Cards

As I mentioned above, the substantial cards were minimal. Still, at least the legendary received was the Baakjira, which I sent to my alt account, who was able to level it up to level two, which gains the Strengthen ability, which further improves its use at the lower levels.
