Rushing this post, but given all the chatter about XRP, this might be a timely warning. A "LIVE" video popped up on my timeline:

In the live stream, it looks like Ripple CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, is being interviewed alongside a very interesting message reading
Ripple has recently won the lawsuit filed against it by the SEC. To celebrate, we have devoted a total of 100,000,000 XRP to be distributed to our community as a way of saying thanks for all the support we received.

My initial excitement was met with immediate disbelief. Too good to be true. Given the time difference and having had no other announcements on socials, this seems too isolated. While listening to the interview, in which they have not addressed the BIGGEST thing this video should be talking about, I looked at confirming the news and looking at the site.
The site itself looks very polished at first, until you notice
- non-interactive menu items (Nope, more info does not work)

- static information (That number hasn't gone up since I started writing)

- glaring errors (Why ETH?)

I was planning on doing other checks to verify this is fake (Domain checks, Checking wallet activity), but I think I've seen enough and as of publishing this, the video is still up with 1.2k viewers, with commenting turned off.
The keekTAKE™ !
I'd love to be proven wrong, but don't fall for this. Scammers are using some really dirty tactics. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Re-confirm news from separate sources and please don't send crypto to unknown wallet addresses.
