We often question the real value of money in our lives and with that we create some phrases, meanings of history and lessons that involve the following sentence: “money is not everything” and I totally agree with that, but, at the end of the day, we know that it is not like that, that like it or not, money matters a lot in our lives.
The monetary system is involved in everything in our life and I even use to say that we pay to be born, to live and to die and that is an undeniable fact. So, since I entered the cryptocurrency market and was able to improve my knowledge in this area, I realized even more that the money itself, your income that you use to pay bills, have fun, improve your life, counts in every moment of our existence.
Talking to my wife these days, I even told her that money is linked even in marital or family relationships and that just as it can unite in a certain way, it can even separate. I know couples who got divorced due to lack of money or, simply, because one of the two involved was unable to manage their money in a coherent and efficient way.
When finances are okay, chances are you'll be fine too. You need money to study well, pay for a health plan, go to the mall to have fun with your family, buy food, buy a car and a house, pay the monthly bills, among many other things, so in the end, you understand that money is indeed important, but it shouldn't be everything in your life, I think this way, we can improve the famous phrase I highlighted at the beginning of this post.
Using my personal life as an example, I tend to be more down to earth with my money, knowing exactly what I need to buy and where to spend it, in order to avoid buying countless things that I don't need at the moment. My wife already spends first and thinks later, so if I said yes to everything she wants, I would definitely be in a much tighter situation than the one I already am.
As a result, in our relationship we have already had several arguments precisely because of this, because of the money, which I usually try to keep and use calmly and she is the one who usually spends it and then “we find a way” to resolve the debts. In all of this, there is no right or wrong, but it is always good for those involved to have a vision that looks the same way, correct?
Finally, I reinforce that money is indeed important, but that you don't become a slave to it and also know how to understand that living is necessary, so if you want to eat a giant pizza with your family, do it once in a while, do you want to travel? Travel, schedule and save money that won't be missed, do you need a new outfit? Buy, but know how to look at the promotions and advantages you can get by researching the values. Money should serve you and not the other way around.
