Hello Fast Heart Mart fans! 

Well, I've been working construction since March. I mean, I've played a few gigs in that time and I have been working hard on some recordings, but for the most part I have been busy working construction and working on my motorhome. However, I will be getting back to music this coming week and I will be kicking off my return with a podcast episode interviewing my friend Mitch Slade, a musician friend of mine who owns the construction company I've been working for. Mitch Slade and I have been close friends since 2004. On this episode we will talk live from his farm in Northern California, about his music with the Two Lions band, world events, construction work, farming and many other things that Mitch and I are interested in.
