Since 1977, we have been engaged in the production and sale of Junmai sake not only in Fukushima Prefecture, but also in Japan, starting the current boom in local sake. In June 1979, on the occasion of the Tokyo Summit, then U.S. President Jimmy Carter drank our Junmai Ginjo sake at Kushihachi in Roppongi and left Tokyo to rave reviews. As a pure rice sake brewery, we have gained the support of people from all walks of life, and to this day we still produce sake under our company policy of "making the real thing.
