Traditional organizations face cultural challenges which aren't reflected at scale as they are within a DAO.

While default organizations have smaller, more localized talent pools, a DAO is working with talent from all around the world.

This can create many diverse and unique challenges. Dually, it creates just as many opportunities for all of us.

This was a great Learn & Grow series with folks from both 0xPolygon EcoDAO & BanklessDAO.

We discussed many challenges and opportunities we have faced within the industry with a plethora of ideas and solutions to come together stronger.
