Now let's start the main part of the recipe.
List of the ingredients:
- Lemon Juice: As taste
- Sugar: As taste
- Vigna sinensis: As taste
- Carrots: Medium size (As Desire)
- Papaya: Medium size one pieces.
- Cabbage: 1/4 of a full cabbage
- Mushroom: 5-6 pieces
- Capsicum: 1 Big size
- Corn flour or Corn powder: 2 tablespoons and mix with half cup of water
- Chicken (chopped) or sliced: Half cup
- Ginger and garlic paste: 1 table spoon
- Onion (Chopped): Half cup
- Testing Salt: Very little
- Tomato sauce: as taste
- Chicken stock or hot water: Like quantity
Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Julienne cut all vegetables except onions.
Step 2
Cube Cut the onions.
Step 3
Half boil All vegetables separately except capsicum. Add a little salt and corn flour with boiling water. It will make the color of the vegetables more darker.
Step 4
Now take a pan. Put oil in it. Fry the garlic and ginger until become brown.
Step 5
Now add chicken and keep frying with little salt.
Step 6
When the chicken almost fried, Keep stirring for 1 or 2 minutes more by adding capsicum and onion. Then add vegetables and keep frying for 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Now add chicken stock or hot water and cover it with a lid. After 5 or 6 minutes open the lid and add corn flour mixed water, sugar
