Crypto: Massively underpriced or fake crap?

By TwoDogsCaged | TwoDogsCaged | 2 hours ago

I remember thinking all cryptocurrency was "monopoly money," basically worthless toys to play with.

I have come a long way since then. What I have learned over the years there is a lot of there there with many scam projects or coins and tokens.

I love the current prices on many, not investment advice, just my thoughts. I am in the process of accumulating my favorite coin on the way to one million coins. I think it will give me a nice profit over the years, and may be my millionaire maker.  We will see.

I am not a great investor, but I do know what I know and don't know. What I know is to listen to good people who know what they are talking about. I liked Warren Buffet's advice (not to me personally, don't know the man) that you should invest in something you believe in that has substance. I love the simplicity, the brilliance, and the logic all in one.

Back to the title of the post. In the past year or more, cryptocurrencies have been largely deemed commodities, a win I believe, there is ongoing institutional adoption, a win I believe, and at a minimum adequate if not good U.S. legislation on the table regarding cryptocurrency, a win I believe.

Now, if all of those things are actually wins in real life, and not just in my head. We are all in a great position (if we did not buy the highs) to be in early on the investment side of things.

I am a HODL'er, have not sold anything, and will not until I retire, or until it allows me to retire early.

Here's to the future!

Cryptocurrency is a fascinating idea, one that has many confused, scared and dismissive of the concept. However, it also is intriguing and likely a large part of the future.
