Rebellion Cards are Taking the Meta by Storm

The cards of the Rebellion set have been available for just over a week, yet their influence on the matchmaking and meta in general of Splinterlands is already very strong and visible in almost every single game.

Some of the new cards have, in fact, immediately proved to be incredibly useful and strong, finding their way into the rosters of many players.

Several abilities also quickly found their way into the hearts of Splinterlands players: ambush and armored strike are both deadly and extremely useful in battle, so there are many who have come to rely on their strength!

All this results in a meta that, from one day to the next, has completely changed: the dropoff from Modern Format of the Untamed Set has been filled by all these new cards and abilities, in a sort of race to grab some of the strongest cards available on the market.

In particular, the first two promo cards of the Rebellion set are literally flying off the shelves, allowing early purchasers of this set's packs to take home some decent profit.

You only have to look at the statistics of these cards to see why they are so popular.

At max level, we are talking about two formidable creatures: the first is an impenetrable wall, with a very low mana cost and great synergy with all new cards with the weapon training ability; the second is a deadly attacker, which combines defensive and offensive abilities in a single creature and can count on a massive attack thanks to the armored strike ability.

Cards like these also make you wonder what might be the stats of future cards that will be released with the conflicts system to those who hold unopened Rebellion set packs in staking: are we going to face other equally powerful cards? Or are Promo cards a bit of an exception, as was the case with the Chaos Legion set, where Doctor Blight is still probably the strongest and most versatile card in the entire set?

Though, let's just say that the picture above would make you think otherwise ahahahah so I guess we'll have to wait for the release of these cards to find out their power!

As far as I'm concerned my best defence is still my beloved Quora Towershead, which thanks to its power still manages to save a few games almost single-handedly.

I'd like to be able to take her up to level 3, where she unlocks the immunity ability, but to date I've only found two copies, so it still seems a long way off.

Le Carte del Set Rebellion stanno prendendo d'Assalto il Meta

Le carte del set Rebellion sono disponibili da poco più di una settimana, eppure la loro influenza sul matchmaking e meta in generale di Splinterlands è già molto forte e visibile praticamente in ogni singola partita.

Alcune delle nuove carte si sono, infatti, rivelate sin da subito incredibilmente utili e forti, trovando spazio nel rooster di tantissimi giocatori.

Anche diverse abilità hanno immediatamente fatto breccia nel cuore dei giocatori di Splinterlands: ambush e armored strike sono entrambe letali ed estremamente utili in battaglia, per cui sono molti coloro che hanno cominciato a fare affidamento sulla loro forza!

Tutto ciò si traduce in un meta che, da un giorno all'altro, è completamente cambiato: l'uscita dal Modern Format del Set Untamed è stata colmata da tutte queste nuove carte ed abilità, in una sorta di corsa ad accaparrarsi qualcuno delle carte più forti disponibili sul mercato.

In particolare, le prime due carte Promo del set Rebellion stanno andando letteralmente a ruba, consentendo ai primi acquirenti dei pacchetti di questo set di portarsi a casa un discreto guadagno.

Basta però guardare le statistiche di queste carte per capire come mai siano tanto ambite.

Al livello massimo parliamo infatti di due creature formidabili: la prima, un muro praticamente invalicabile, dal costo di mana molto basso e con una gran sinergia con tutte le nuove carte dotate dell'abilità weapon training; la seconda, un attaccante devastante, che coniuga in un'unica creatura abilità difensive ed offensive e può contare su un attacco mostruoso grazie all'abilità armored strike.

Carte come queste fanno anche riflettere su quali possano essere le stats delle future carte che saranno rilasciate con il sistema conflicts a coloro che detengono in staking pacchetti del set Rebellion non ancora aperti: ci troveremo di fronte ad altre carte altrettanto devastanti? O le carte Promo costituiscono un po' un'eccezione, come accaduto con il set Chaos Legion, dove Doctor Blight rappresenta tutt'ora probabilmente la carta più forte e versatile dell'intero set?

Diciamo però che l'immagine qua sopra farebbe pensare diversamente ahahahah per cui suppongo che dovremo attendere il rilascio di queste carte per scoprirne la forza!

Per quanto mi riguarda la mia migliore difesa è ancora la mia amata Quora Towershead, che grazie alla sua potenza riesce ancora a salvare qualche partita praticamente da sola.

Mi piacerebbe riuscire a portarla sino al livello 3, dove sblocca l'abilità immunity, ma ad oggi ne ho trovate solo 2 copie, per cui la strada sembra ancora parecchio lunga.
