I got GYB-scammed? (UPD: I didn't)

Not so long ago I discovered the Steem-based Splinterlands online game. It was a fun game overall, but pretty soon I discovered that in order to unlock all its features you first need to buy a "starter pack" for 10 bucks.

I didn't want to put my 10 bucks in a game at that moment, and I went in the internets to chase a promo code.

At last, I found one -- some GrowYourBase.co website, where you can earn GYB "tokens" and then convert those GYBs to something. Namely, game card packs and other digital assets, Splinterlands promo codes included.

As usual, the process of "earning" consisted of watching youtube videos, following, liking, retwitting, and similar spammy handjob. And I was stupid enough doing all that without first checking my "way out". Shortly, when I accumulated like 5000 GYBs for the promo code -- I found that the codes were "out of stock"...

Anyway, I decided to get at least something for my 5000 GYBs -- namely, some "Niftymoji Crypto Collectibles".

And so I did!

Here is my Niftymoji thing sitting in my account:

And now I can't find out what and how exactly I can do with it! No withdrawal link, nothing... I tried to contact support by on-site chat, email, and Discord -- but in vain.

It looks like for all my handjob I've got only a pretty screenshot of some sh*t with "$50 value".

If it's not a scam -- then what is??

UPD. I've got an email from the support, where they asked me about my order's ID.

UPD 2. I've got another email from GYB and found out that they recently delivered my Niftymoji thing to my ETH wallet.
