Let's look at IOTA and what is happening with it, long time it tried to hit $0.20 Level but it can not reach it even it has a bullish ascending trend and trade over ascending trend line

Volume is ok and buyers are there but can not make up movement well. Support stays at $0.14 level and it is strong. Resistance stays at $0.1750 level and it tries hard to reach it but if it can reach resistance and can hold that level for a while then it can reach to $0.20 level which is very important to see any bullish movement soon. It needs to reach $0.20 level, meantime slightly up and sideways.
