CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 65,83 km cycling ride that lasted about 2h51minutes !
After the night showers, the morning was sunny with some wind, so i took the opportunity to do a free training by making a peaceful ride through the countryside fields passing through one of the region's water dams.ย This was a low intensity workout in order to promote blood flow to the muscles, still gaining a slight boost to my cardiorespiratory fitness with this easy aerobic activity. I achieved a training effect of 2.1 . I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 108 HR and 156 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
