After the insane slopes i have done yesterday with the road bike, today was time to do another workout with big slopes, this time on the mountain bike. This was also a high intensity workout in order to gain and improve my strength and cadence on the uphills. I achieved a training effect of 3.6 impacting my aerobic fitness and improve my cardiorespiratory fitness during this activity. I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 122 HR and 168 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
