After that, i performed a 40' low to medium effort Time Trial with a 20' average of 237 watts. This moderate effort have a positive impact on aerobic metabolism and produce an aerobic 3.9 Training Effect. Finished with a 10 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate.
