After that, i performed a 20 minutes climb time trial with mid intensity in order to impacting my aerobic performance. This steady workout at a moderate effort have a positive impact on aerobic metabolism and produce an aerobic Training Effect. Finished with a 20 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate. I achieved a training effect of 3.0 improving my aerobic fitness during this activity with an average heart rate of 119 HR and 154 max HR. In terms of power, i ended up with 156 W average, 301 W max.
