CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 22.4 km Long Trail Run that lasted about 2h30minutes !
After some rainy days, today i went for a long trail run workout with little to medium intensity in order to improve my aerobic performance. Before the end of the workout i performed 1 set of 1km at 04:00m/km to increase my speed for the races. I achieved a training effect of 3.3 improving my cardiorespiratory fitness during this activity with an average heart rate of just 139 HR and 175 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
