Latest news in Splinterlands:
- There is a campaign with some interesting bonuses in December, if you buy packs in bulk, check Splinterlands Discord and find out (Chaos Legion, Riftwatchers, Tower Defence), and there are extra packs, potions, even some Runi thrown into the mix
- The Guild Brawl is now paying SPS rewards too.
- We got Other Items Market launched, were you can find old editions packs, land NFTs, totems and even titles for sale. A Land Sales feature will be coming soon.
This is my latest test for Splinterlands, as I am only playing for the Guild Brawls, and I have rented all my cards. The strategy would be to upgrade all my partially upgraded cards to a complete level, especially my old cards. And then relax and watch them packs grow, using SPS from staking rewards to buy RW packs, and the DEC from rentals to buy CL packs, as much as possible, with the plan being to keep them until the collection is completely sold, and then sell them slowly at x3-x4 times more than the buying price.

As I have started this during the previous season (beginning of November), these are my stats:
Chaos Legion packs bought: 1760

Cards upgraded and rented:
Herbalist level 5
Failed Summoner level 5
Nightmare level 6 (acquired Phase skill)
Spirit Shaman level 3 (acquired Stun skill)
Captain's Ghost level 5 (acquired Oppress skill)
The funds to upgrade the cards are, for now, the Vouchers and the SPS from staking rewards, and some GLX that I sell every other day (as the day one I stake, the day two I sell for DEC). The SPS rewards from the Tower Defence packs and the Land NFTs, I am still staking it. I got 1 Runi and I am waiting to see if any extra rewards will be tied to them. You can still buy Runi on Opensea with 0.28 ETH (today's price).
