End of the season Glint spending and basic math - statistics and probablities

So, right now I got 191K Glint, let the shopping begins!

First, 10 Ultimate chests. 16 Energy worth 35.2K Glint, 8K Merits worth 16K Glint, 9 Common cards worth 1.35K Glint and 17 Potions worth 1K Glint, total 53.55K Glint, as I spent 45K. Not great but I will try once more.

The second try, 8.8K Merits worth 16K, 3 Energy worth 6.6K Glint, 8 Common Cards worth 1.2K, 13 Rare cards worth 9.75K and some Potions. A 11.45K less profit. Next, 400 Common cards, paying 60K. I got 14 Gold cards out of 400. A 3.5% gain, so, not bad, and this is the level before the 400 cards, around level 4:

And after the buy, with all except one going to level 5.

Next I tried the Major chests, 30 of them for 30K Glint, and the results were good. I got 37 Common cards worth 5550 Glint, and 6 Rare cards, worth 4500. Then 1 Energy, 2200 Glint, 3000 Merits worth 3500 and 54 Potions, 4158 Glint. Total 20K, another 10K Glint loss. Definitely is much better to buy single cards.

Minor chests, 50 of them, 10K Glint with 9 Common (1350), 5 Rare (3750), 2 Energy (4400), 13 Potions (1001) and 1900 Merits (1900), adding up to 12400 Glint, profit 2400.

As I got 26.000 Merits, I can buy 13 packs of Gladiator. Do I feel lucky? Out of 65 cards, I got 4 Epics, 13 Rare and the rest of them Common. No Legendary cards, yet, we upgraded some of them.

This is what I got, not as much as I expected, as Legendary cards are hard to get now. I may save some Glint to buy 2 of them as single cards this season. I have only one Legedary cards out of few thousand chests that I bought.

How well did you manage for this end of the season?
