- Hi guys,
This time I'm going to make you salivate and at the same time give you an idea on your next choice of meal 😄. Stay tuned!

In substitute to yeast as a staple ingredients in your bread, you can try these ingredients I'm going to list out for you, I bet you you gonna like it.
INGREDIENTS
- All purpose flour
- Baking powder or buttermilk
- Salt
- Water
- Vegetable oil or melted butter
- Sugar
You can see from the listed ingredients, you have a lot of choice to choose from though yeast the known chief ingredient is missing, lol.
Tips on the baking process
- The bread will be pale when finished. Fear not, it will turn light tan eventually, but it will look a bit underbaked even when finished because of how pale it is, just let it cool a bit then you can dive in.
- Do not make the dough too thick, otherwise it will not bake all the way through. It should be the shape of a round disc that is no more than 1.5 inches thick.
- If you want a nice crusty edge, use a pizza stone or something similar to bake the bread.
NB: You can substitute water with milk, if you want though. But milk in the dough would make it fluffier and add fragrant.
