The latest and for me the first Splinterlands Season just ended and rewards are available now.

Depending on you rank you get between 4 and some hundred loot chests. I tried to raise as far as I can with card rentals in the last few days and managed to reach Gold 3 being very close to Diamond (sadly I don’t reached it..).

Starting to play Splinterlands was a real pleasure. I love the mechanics of the game and the opportunities a NFT based TCG offers. The 30 loot chests I got are pretty much a pleasure, too. I found a common foil, a rare and some other cards, many potions and some DEC. I would have loved to see some more cards, but daily rewards add up quickly (today I got an Untamed Pack).

How far did you climbed the ladder? What are your favourite decks and combos and have you tried renting cards? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
