With about 12 years of trading in traditional markets and then (in 2015) crypto markets, I'm astounded by the reactivity of traders -I don't mean that in a good way.
I've heard so many so-called 'long-term' investors wanting to FOMO in at 35K as we were pushing to 40K, then, during yesterday's pullback, ask if they should buy at 30K or if they should wait to buy even lower.
My phylosophy and stragegy is to never enter or add with a single order, so the answer is in any case to layer bids, but, more fundamentally, if you were a buyer at 35K and prices are now at 30K (with little or no change to fundamentals) you should still be a buyer. And rejoice if prices go even further down as an opportunity to add (or not).
So far, I'm holding since 2015. Plenty of people commented on 'you should've sold in 2017'. I'm still holding now and happy to bear the ups and downs of a capitalizing asset.
