Before you start training at home you will need to know what you need to have. Of course I can't guess what you need, but I can tell you what I think is important what a home athlete needs. Here are 5 essentials to have for home sports.
(Yoga) mat
A mat is ideal for doing ground exercises. And if you are just such a fan of body weight exercises, then you really need such a mat.

Sportswear
How can you exercise without sports clothes. It is possible, but it will be very uncomfortable. You don't want that, right? It doesn't have to be expensive at all. As long as you can move freely.

Foam roller
A foam roller is ideal for massaging stiff muscles. You can also use a massage gun or go to a massage therapist, but in terms of price, a foam roller is cheap and effective.

Elastic bands
Elastic bands are my favorite things to have for home workouts. I also recommend these bands to almost all my sports patients. why? With these bands you can train almost all muscle groups that you have in your body. As long as you have enough inspiration. You can also search for these exercises on the internet.

Jumping rope
Jumping ropes aren't just something you can do when you're 8 years old. It is a very good way of cardiovascular and coordination training. Of course as an alternative you can also buy a treadmill or cross trainer if you have the money for it, but with a jumping rope you can also go very far. My record was once 150 times in a row and I was completely broken after that.
