Mountain village of “Shekar Dasht” in Talesh- Iran – So So many Flowers

The next mountain village we visited was the wonderful land of “Shekar Dasht” which leads to a mountain called “Kolaho”. Such gorgeous views to look upon and enjoy the unforgettable scenery.

“Shekar Dasht” actually translates to “sugar plain” or “the plain made of sugar”.

There were so many flowers beyond everything I’ve seen, a land of beauty and thriving.

My friend was obsessed with every little flower's name and property, so she kept taking photos of each and every one of them.

So later she can google them and know what they are and even how each is good for.

She had never gone to college but she had always been passionate and driven.

The irony is, that I have another friend who has a master's degree in plant systematics, but he does not bother himself to come to these heights and see and experience these wonderful lands full of flowers and plants.

I can never get enough of this insane sensation of happiness as if, I want to inhale it all and bring that with me down to the city but it eventually fades away … slipped away from me …
