Natures Prance

 

The sun is a jolly old chap,

With a smile that lights up the sky.

He rises up each morning with a snap,

And says, "Good morning, time to rise high."

 

The birds they chirp and giggle,

As they flit from tree to tree.

They tickle the leaves and wiggle,

And watch as the world wakes up with glee.

 

The butterflies are quite silly,

As they flutter and float around.

They dance in the air so giddy,

And make the world's colors truly abound.

 

So let us laugh and be silly,

And bask in the day's delight.

For the day sky is a comedy,

And a funny show that's always in sight.

 

The clouds are a playful bunch,

Shifting shapes with such delight.

They resemble animals and such,

And bring joy to the day so bright.  

 

The flowers are quite quirky,

With their petals of every hue.

They nod and sway, they're never murky,

And add beauty to the view.  

 

The breeze is a mischievous fella,

Tousling hair and rustling leaves.

It blows here and there, never dwelling,

And brings laughter to all it weaves.  

 

So let us embrace the silly,

And revel in the day's cheer.

For life is too short to be serious,

And there's always something to hold dear.

 

  So smile and laugh and have some fun,

And enjoy the world's comedy.

For the day is a gift from the sun,

And a funny show that's meant to be.
