After a week off, I was obliged to return to work today.

Gammy and I went on a vacation to see our older daughter in Texas. The drive was long and tedious - especially the drive trough Texas.

Why is there always construction going on between Waco and Belton? I know it has been going on for at least 5 years. Maybe longer.

We had a great time. Saw a bunch of friends and had the opportunity to go to a back pasture gun range. I'll post a video and photos when I get a chance.

The weather was good at the beginning of the week but turned cool.

All in all it was a fun trip and we're already looking forward to going back next year.
