It's a catastrophic period and many have been told about the COVID-19 and it's deadly effects from the world, but seems we are just noting the visible effects from it, how about start seeing in the other hand?!
Of course you can be right now confuse but don't! We are crypto enthusiasts and we fight to the Crypto development and to mass adoption despite many unfavourable things that could surrounding it, but we are not seeing the positive effects that it will bring to Blockchain and Crypto Industry.
The Central bank digital currency (CBDC) have been in cogitation since 2014 when China started the research about it and before COVID-19, was happening a huge development in the sector where many countries participated and some of them like Sweden took out their experiment in CBDC but with the imminent disease from the outbreak of COVID-19 it completely vanished from the news!
I believe that the actual situation in China, where the disease was spotted, and with no new cases of infection being noted the development of the CBDC from the People's Bank of China will be much more faster now. In the way to prevent more infections, one of the measures to combat against it was to replace the old notes of money with new ones to help on the expansion of COVID-19 but its not 100% efficient being the digital payments the most secure ones, leading to a mass adoption of the CBDC by the countries involved on that!
This is actually a good way to fight against more infections from COVID-19 and also to connect the world with the Blockchain industry, the industry that will lead the world in the future!
Of course this is a pandemic world crisis but we can take out the bad on it and transform it in some good times that will help the world and the humanity see the really potential in blockchain and Crypto, and oblivious let's hope this time of crisis ends very soon and the world development in crypto and world finances get more increased!
