Now, I an not writing this to make fun of people who have this issue, who have been diagnosed iwth this personality disorder, or those who have been affected by someone with this issue.

What I am saying is man, it has been difficult to HODL given the up and down nature of my crypto portfolio over past year. How did so much value disappear so rapidly?

I got into this in 2022, and I thought I got in at the worst the marker would have ever been again. I was wrong. Man, this is frustration at it's best.

The good thing is that I can withstand the storm, still believe in the market in the long run, and am able to withstand the roller coaster of emotions with the ups and downs (labile mood) of the market.

I hope you are all doing okay, and that you only invest what you can lose. I got lucky, I am still up overall, due to some good timing with Solana and the like.
