Robotics AI and Theta Edge Computing
We have all seen/read about/felt the buzz around AI taking all jobs even your dogs job. Well, those might be a bit over the top for most. However, do keep your eyes upon industrial machines, robots which are becoming an integral part of our daily lives.
Two prominent categories to monitor are:
- Industrial Robots (which may include autonomous vehicles, drones, smart machines)
- Consumer Robots
All of these Robots will be powered by Vision Language Models or VLM for short. VLM is at the core of Robotics. When coupled with Large Language Models (LLMs) Robots can parse data from all different forms of datasets.

Summary
Think of it this way, every robot, vehicle, drones and smart machines that are being powered by CPU or GPU's could become part of the Theta network. All contributing idle CPU and or GPU cycles to power our ever expanding inter-connected world. Theta continues to grind and grow however, their token price is still too low.
