Banana-chocolate muffins

Hello again, I hope you are well and you want to cook, because here I present a new recipe




Ingredients for 1 serving:

200 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ TL Soda ash
½ tsp cinnamon
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg(s)
175 g sugar, brown
100 ml oil, neutral
125 g buttermilk
3 banana(s), ripe

To decorate:

200 g dark chocolate coating





Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.



Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cocoa powder. In another bowl beat the egg and whisk lightly. Then add sugar, oil and buttermilk to the egg and mix. Peel, crush and fold in the bananas. Finally add the flour mixture and fold in carefully. Place 12 muffin paper cups in the baking tray depressions and fill in the dough.



Bake in a hot oven for approx. 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Leave to rest in the baking tray for 5 minutes, then decorate with chocolate coating when cooled down.
