Terra's $LUNA crash has been a monumental lesson and reminder to all retail and OGs that this whole ecosystem is brand new and unregulated. This will be remembered and some good teaching material for many years to come.
In the past 2 weeks, you may have found yourself licking your wounds if you didn't get out fast enough (or at all). Despite warning signs, this all happened so fast. The following chart shows the past 2 weeks on a 4H candle.

However, as many losers as there were in the past 2 weeks, there were people who gained from the collapse and shorted the heck out of it and dumped on BTC to add gasoline to the fire. Whether the system was attacked or Terra simply failed in its mission to launch, I'm sure the next few months will reveal and tell us more unpleasant truths.
However, in addition to those shorting the past few days also held some opportunities for those with the appetite to scalp the mortally wounded token and pick at the bones. This chart shows the past 2 days on a 5min candle.

Is there a future for LUNA, IMHO probably not and what we're seeing is a dead-cat bounce (also known as a sucker rally).
The sad reality is that the Terra System was an infrastructure that has now lost such confidence the wider system will likely suffer long term effects. More fundamentally though with the concept of going from a relatively ingenious plan to move away from the grasp of the fiat-backed system and prevent the government control, they have probably given governments globally even more reason to seek control in regulating crypto for the future.
The lesson I learned is that you definitely cannot ignore the warnings that this whole ecosystem is still in its infancy with numerous scams, rug pulls and outright novices that you should NEVER RISK MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE. In addition to this treat these like you would any other investment portfolio - balanced (not all eggs in one basket) and with a risk management plan in place (either HODL or follow a disciplined stop-loss and take-profit system) and Always Do Your Own Research.
This is not written to be financial advice, you should always DYOR. Your keys, your tokens. Don't bet the farm...
