servercheap.net review

I purchased a vps from servercheap.net to run a website on. my account was fine until the payment was confirmed and my account was banned without a obvious message or notification.

If you look for reviews on this provider you will find other similar complaints.

  • I send emails i get no response
  • I create a different account with a different ip and it gets banned after hours without a response

I find a live chat on the website and converse with the support and he responds because he doesn't know who i am. then he tells me unfortunately we do not support your region.
I tell him ok.. how will i be refunded?
He says you will be refunded within 48 hours.
And i tell him but how will i be refunded if there is no payment info on my account and it's banned and you don't answer emails?

He says "thank you for choosing us" and closes the chat.... ok let's be optimistic here, maybe he was in a hurry. so i open another live chat and say my message was closed but i wasn't finished and i want to know what method will be used for refunding. but he closes it...

I find out he is reading but not responding.... so cute. he was trying to sound "professional"

So much lies and pretending and corruption that his life is filled with.
Having to wake up the same hour each day going to work at a job you don't like, trying to pretend your way through everything you do, afraid of placing a honest message.

These days people are paid to pretend when everyone knows they are pretending. basically they are paid to be clowns.

I mean i have seen other reviews stating that they ban people for opening tickets when not getting the quality they wanted. and that's just sad.

so my advice would be to not by from servercheap.net or you will be supported by professional CLOWNS.

This can be related to streaming, running windows software, getting your graphics driver to work and so on. 2. I may state my opinion on security flaws of online services which haven't been discussed before because their providers don't want to admit that flaw is there. 3. I may make programming tutorials. 4. more
