Gods Unchained NFT Play to earn game
Introduction:
Gods Unchained is a free to play, tactical card game developed by a talented team. The game gives the players true ownership of their in-game items, such as cards trinkets and boards.
Led by the former director of The Magic of the Gathering which I believe Is still the biggest trading card game ever built.
In Gods Unchained players own their digital items, and can use them to build a competitive deck, or trade, sell their cards, as they like and earn real money.
In the GU we have the main currency called $GODS. The tokens can be bought on the biggest exchanges like OKX Bybit Coinbase. ( Binance soon I believe). Other way to get tokens is by participating the weekend ranked events (I’m going to deep dive in the WR later) and Daily play to earn should be released this month. The $GODS can be used to buy cards on IMX market and used to Forge cards. Hope more utility will be added soon.

Once the account is set you can download the game launcher and start your journey with Gods Unchained. The game is available on Windows PC or MAC. In the future also on phone.
You may ask where I get the cards from, don’t worry at the beginning you will receive a free collection of cards, 140 in total so you can start playing immediately without buying any cards. That’s a welcome set. The welcome set cards cannot be traded or sold. Also, I recommend you begin with a tutorial mission to get even more free packs of card.
How to increase the cards collection?
Simple! You can earn free packs of cards just for playing. Every time you finish the match you will receive experience points to achieve higher level, these will drop Common Core cards, but every 25 levels you will get a legendary pack which contains a legendary card!
The second way to earn is by participating in the Weekend Ranked event. The reward from these tournaments rotates with every game season.
Third is purchasing expansion packs: The cards are available for purchase for a limited time. During the season. Once the packs are sold out the only way to get the cards from the other players.
The last one is by trading with the other players on the market. The Immutable X market is where you can buy the cards you need or sell the once you don’t. Also, we’ve got chance to buy cards from star store, where you can exchange earned stars for cards, the poll of cards changing every day, week and month.
Weekend ranked system:
Weekend ranked is weakly event that starts every Friday 5 am PDT and ends every Monday 5 am PDT. To enter just simply play during the time period and earn rewards. No need to sign up, every player who played and win at least one game can earn rewards. The first 18 games are counted and based on the wins and rank you’ll be rewarded.
Prizes:
As I mentioned before the prizes depends on the rank you’ve started the event and result of how many games you’ve won. Prizes range from the Core packs (same packs as for leveling) to expansion packs which are time limited and changing every season. GODS:
In game we have 6 Gods to choose from, each God has different domain and 3 unique powers.
God of Light – Thaeriel, his domain is healing and summoning creatures.
God Powers:
2 mana cost: Heal – Heal 2 to one of your characters.
3 mana cost: Summon Acolyte – Summon a 2/2 Acolyte.
2 mana cost: Lysander’s Honor – Give -1 strength to an enemy creature.
Goddess of Nature – Aeona, her domain is to live in harmony with wild creatures and amazons.
God Powers:
1 mana cost: Flourish – Heal on of your creature for 1
2 mana cost: Animal bond – Summon a ½ Badger with confused
2 mana cost: Selena’s mark – Deal 1 damage to a random enemy creature and heal your god for 1.
God of Magic – Elyrian, the domain which governs knowledge, insight, and spell craft.
God Powers:
1 mana cost: Clear Mind – Foresee 2
2 mana cost: Magebolt – Deal 1 damage
3 mana cost: Pallas’ Genius – Add a random one mana spell to your hand
God of War – Auros, the domain overseeing anger, fire and strife.
God Powers:
1 mana cost: Enrage – Give +1 strength and deal 1 damage to one of your creatures.
2 mana cost: Slayer – Deal 2 damage to your opponent god.
2 mana cost: Valka’s Presence – Summon a 1/1 Valknir Rider.
Goddess of Deception – Ludia, her disciples have heightened ability to lay traps and steal cards from other player’s decks.
God Powers:
2 mana cost – Theivery: Add a random 1 mana cost card from opponents domain to your hand
2 mana cost - Flip: Draw two cards then shuffle two cards into your deck
2 mana cost - Orfeo’s distraction: Deal 1 damage to a creature and give it hidden until the end of next turn
Goddess of Death – Malissus, she has power to resurrect creatures from the void, zombies.
God Powers:
1 mana cost: Soul Burn – Deal 1 damage to both gods
2 mana cost: Blood Ritual – Destroy a creature with 1 health and heal your god for 1.
3 mana cost: Neferu”s Sacrifice – Draw a card and take 2 damage
