Friday Workout
It feels weird to work out on a Friday. Usually my weekends are shot because I get home from work around 6pm, and by that time I am too tires to exercise. Luckily this week is a vacation week for me so I have the weekend free to do what I want. I'm not entirely sure what that will entail but I know it at least involves napping and working out.
Today's workout was very balanced. I had been focusing on just arms but I realize I'm going to forget about exercising other parts of my body so I decided to add in some abs and legs today. Legs always seem to burn the most calories. I wonder if it is directly related to the size of the muscle being exercised?
