Well, I didn't manage to squeeze in any workouts during the weekend, so I decided I would need to start my Monday workout off strong! Gone are the days of performing workouts that result in less than 100 calories burned! Gone are the days of completing only two courses let session! Gone are the days of... Okay you get the point. I'm just trying to increase how much I do each time, that's all.
Today was heavily focused on working out the arms. Ring presses were the winner by far. I have no idea how accurate the counting system is for Ring Press, but my arms sure feel the results. They're almost like Jell-O right now. It's ALMOST difficult to type this on my phone because of how I need to hold my arms (don't worry, I'll fight through and send out the content you wanna see! 😂).
As far as story line goes, we spent time defeating the Master of Arm exercises, Armando. With such a clever name, I felt bad defeating him. But it's for the plot so it needed to be done. Once he was defeated we were reward with the ability to do a double-jump action during regular courses. It can be utilized to jump over mobs of enemies it to reach higher platforms. I don't think I will be using it to jump over enemies because I would be losing out on a lot of experience points from the battle. Not to mention any items and coins that maybe come from the battle.
I had just beaten the boss, Dragoux for World 9 when I decided to call it quits for the day. I don't know what the story line or focus of World 10 will be, but that will be an adventure for tomorrow! I've yet to push myself to playing this game twice a day, although the thought has crossed my mind quite a few times. I don't know if the game with recognize that I am playing again and not allow me to work too hard, or if it will congratulate me on the fighting spirit!
