SMOL WORKOUT
I spent my last day before work visiting my parents. I was going to visit them yesterday but I wasn't feeling up to traveling because of a headache. But at least I got to make it up to them by visiting them today! They live about 90 minutes away from where I am, so the trek is not horrible if planned a day or so ahead.
But because of squeezing this into my day, I did not leave myself with a lot of time to get a workout in. I woke up around 9 and left the house by 10, so there was no time for one of my, now common, long workouts. Instead I decided to return home a tad bit earlier than I normally do that way I could get a small workout in and keep a 4 day streak going!
With this workout, I'll have done some exercise on each of my days off this week. That's over half of my week! Who knows, I might even try to do some on the days that I work? 🤔 I don't want to push myself too hard, but I am starting to form a habit and I get addicted to the hormones my body releases. Stay tuned to see if I become a fitness guru! (Hint: I isn't going to happen over night, that's for sure.)
There were a lot of squats in today's workout oddly enough. In the few courses I did play they managed to squeeze in a lot of glute exercises. My buns are going to be burning tomorrow while at work!
