Not all Meme coins are the same.
SWIMMING WITH SHARKS?
The flood of meme coins doesn't seem to be stopping and in that mix there has been plenty of rug pulls, scams and schemes playing out since the meme market hit.
In that mix of good intentions and pure scams, only a handful have proven to be taking their projects seriously.
Of those projects, Aqua Goat just recently set themselves apart from all the rest.
Although their migration from V1 to V2 could've gone a whole lot smoother.
Nevertheless, AquaGoat took on a huge endeavor of not only making sure those who missed the migration could still swap over, but they even made sure to keep the Liquidity and contract open with V1. Something other projects refused to do with their migration. I can name several projects right now that not only pulled liquidity but locked the contract.
Luckily, Aqua Goat took the more moral and ethical path and attempted to ensure a fair migration.
Aqua Goat AMA
Unfortunately, it didn't quite go the way they planned, but the point is, at least in my opinion, they stood behind their project and the confusion caused by the lack of communication.
With that said, I decided today to write about Aqua Goat because I think they've proven to be a worthy cause. I know first hand how much a migration can be a pain in the arss and to know what they went through, I think it deserves some exposure.
When you open to doors to an attempt to solve the problems in a migration or even do an earn drop, there will be thousands upon thousands of people trying to scam the project or 1000 people trying to weasel in some free coins with 200 fake accounts.
The point is, I'm sure they were extremely overwhelmed by the response when they tried to help people who missed the chance.
That tells me a few things about the project and the team behind it. AG could have done the same thing hundreds of coins have done to investors, but apparently they take their project serious. Unlike others.
With that also said, I think the main idea behind the project has created a strong and growing community, while gaining some needed some much needed attention, momentum and traction.
I attempted a few months ago to get behind another project dealing with Ocean Restoration and Species Rehabilitation, but they proved to be more predatory than the fish they claimed to be saving.
That experience led me to swap all I had in that token to BSC and then buy AquaGoat. That was in the very beginning of AG and unfortunately, I also missed the migration and I'm still waiting for my tokens. So if you're like me, hang in there. I'm sure they'll get to us.
In the meantime, take a look at AquaGoat now if you're not familiar with the project.
I feel that if you think about it, Aqua Goat is taking the right path here and that tells me all I really need to know about a project.
I'm sure they learned from the mistakes they've made along the way, like others in this realm.
They have all the desire to take AG forward into the future, hopefully making Aqua Goat a huge success and doing what they set out to do in the first place.
