On our journey through awareness, we have looked at external forces, friends, family and workmates. Writing down our thoughts as a journal and then reflecting to see any patterns and areas we can improve. Always using non-judgement.
We have also looked at what we eat, used techniques like meditation and breathing. This week we start to look at exercises for the mind.
Today we start with affirmations.
Every day in every way, it's getting better and better.
Use this affirmation every day. To get great results, say it every day for 40 days. You need to repeat it at least 5 minutes a day.
Keep a journal and you will be able to see how many consecutive days you have actioned the affirmation. This repetition will seep into your subconscious mind.
