Less than 24 hours after the DOW Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 closed at all-time record highs, US stock futures are pointing toward another green day on Wall Street.

As 2021 draws to a close, news is light but still trickling out. Here are a few developments happening this morning:
Shares of Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) are up 0.26% in premarket trading on the heels of news that the company's COVID-19 vaccine has demonstrated to be 85% effective against hospitalizations in South Africa while the country was amidst the omicron surge. The company is also reporting that its booster g<span;>enerated a "41-folld increase in neutralizing antibodies, 5-fold increase in T-cells against omicron."
Citigroup has resumed coverage of electric vehicle startup Lucid Group Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID) with a buy rating and a price target of $57. This suggests a 54% upside from yesterday's closing price of $36.97.
Speaking of electric vehicles, New York City is buying 184 Ford (NYSE: F) Mustang Mach-ES.
Finally, Microstrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) announced this morning it purchased 1914 Bitcoins between 12/9/21 and 12/29/21 for about $94.2 million cash.
