Although I lived almost my entire life in this huge and vibrant metropolis that is Mexico City and hope soon it becomes real in Upland, I definitely think my next #MyUplandCity should be London.
It is not only the hub to Europe, but also home for the Headquarters of most important world-wide companies, it has the most incredible iconic landmarks ever, they still have its own coin and it was my home for 5 incredible years!
My first property
Without a doubt, the first property I would rush off to get is my last home in the heart of Camden Town. Unfortunately, there is a new building there, at 5-8 Castlehaven Road but if you go into google maps and click just in the right spot, you can still see my window on the 2nd floor:

If you fancy music, you should be able to recognize the little pub next to my house called The Hawley Arms, where Amy Winehouse used to have a beer (or a 100). There was also a very old, crooked car down below my window where everybody used to take pics with! And here’s a little proof:

If this is not iconic, then I do not know what is. But wait…
Iconic Landmarks
London is full of landmarks and there are quite a few that are hidden like Winston Churchill’s war room and “train stations” that are hiding something. If I had to choose a favorite one, it should be Saint Stephen’s Tower. Wrongly named “Big Ben”, this amazing tower that you stumble upon the moment you step out of Westminster tube station, holds a huge bell called Big Ben, but the structure is called St. Stephen’s Tower:

Such an amazing clock tower!
When you go there, you have to cross Westminster Bridge to go up into the London Eye, another iconic landmark of London where you get to see St Stephen’s Tower and the whole Westminster building:

You wouldn’t believe me if I told you I love the London Eye. Spent a few new year’s eve celebrating around it, so here’s proof I was inside that Sauron’s Landmark:

After these gorgeous landmarks we can head southbank to a bridge that makes an impact the moment you see it with a couple of towers and a levitating floor, the Tower Bridge is our next landmark in this kind of Upland City Tour:

Very close to that bridge there is a bench I would love being able to purchase in Upland. Just a little bench with a little message:

There are all sort of events and venues across London that it is hard to follow but I managed to be there when the Dalí Universe was showing and it was just crazy! Seeing all his sculptures down the river:

And you just to walk a little bit farther and you keep seeing historic and iconic landmarks everywhere. I did look up once and found this on the streets:

Not sure what the guy did and he didn’t answer anything so I left him there. Just to see this pretty little blue house to let!

I’d love to get that in Upland as well! Haha
But enough of that, the next landmark you encounter by the river is the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. The ONLY building in London allowed to be constructed with wood because back in 1666 there was a fire that basically consumed 1/3rd of London! They even have a monument for that, so the Shakespeare’s Globe has a very fancy fire alarm system for this.
Did you say pirates?
Arr!
You can even go aboard the Golden Hinge, Captain Drake’s ship and see how they lived and passed the time pirating the old majesty’s waters:

One of the most precious stories of all times, Peter Pan begins in Kensignton Gardens where a child lived there and did all he wanted. It is amazing when you are walking down that beautiful park (or garden) and you stumble upon him! Just like in the book (and yes, Peter Pan is the one at the TOP of the statue!):

Another historic landmark should be Nelson’s column at Trafalgar Square with amazing fountains and 4 impressive lions guarding it:

Man, I even slept a night with the lions:

There are so many landmarks here that it will take a very long article to write about it but I would just like to mention a couple more.
The Shard is one of the highest buildings in Europe and it wasn’t completed before I came back to Mexico but it should be recognized as a high quality mint in Upland!
Last but not least, it was amazing to meet the statue of Sir Robert Stephenson Smith Baden-Powell of Gilwell, one of the best influencers for young children across the world with his Scouts movement:

Well, also there's Picadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and more! Here's a few more pics of my own:

Platform 9 3/4 at King's Cross:

The Bobbies at her Majesty's house

And the famous Tube!

Uhh! I almost forgot! Here's my BE at his new Cleveland houses:
