Everyone in this world runs after money, and they say that happiness does not lie in money, is it a hypocrisy?!! Or a lie?!! Or a truth?!!
Who doesn't love money? No one, who looks for happiness? Everyone, is this equation fair?! Maybe yeah, maybe not.
The reality is that we all love money, work hardly for it, thinking that it's the key to happiness, once we are rich, we find ourselves still looking for happiness, of course not every rich is happy, neither every poor is sad, so where does the defect lie?!!. Some say that money is the happiness, some others say that it's not, but it is just a way to live unhappy with prosperity.
Well, both sides are right, because we can neither survive without money nor live happy just by being rich. Money is just a means of trading, it can buy many things, but not everything such as health and happiness, this latter is not a thing to be bought, it's a feeling, a sense of contentment, it is an emotion that we create by ourselves within our capacity and through the little that we own, it's our heart that vibrate just for the look of such beauty that surrounds us everyday, it's our soul that convene with the entities of the universe, it's our brain that conceive the real point in life.
My modest personal experience about pursuing happiness is summed in a unique but interesting idea, that happiness is not a thing to pursue, neither a material to buy or an everlasting feeling to extend, it's simply a moment like any other moment we go through in our life.
To be more specific, it's a choice made deeply to be happy whatever the circumstances are even if the world around us is falling apart. Happiness is inner, present always deep in our being, but we are so busy by life's materialism to revive that beautiful emotion, because we are endowed with such desires that blind both our consciousness and eyes.
My thoughts may seem simple and usual for some readers, but the reality is that we don't take time to meditate on the question :
Do we really need money to be happy?!!
Happiness is a choice, a grace born within us and a boon incarnated in everything in this world, we need just to accept what we are, to be content with the self and the others, to see the world with a beautiful eye so that the world reflects its beauty into our souls and hearts.
