Even in the midst of this terrible pandemic, it seems that great partnerships can happen!
About 4 hours ago, Binance CEO, Chaopeng Zhao took to Twitter to announce his new partnership with the biggest and best (and our unbiased favourite) privacy focused browser in use today.
Having more than 13 million users on its platform, most of which aren't on Binance, it seems that Binance did what was best for business and partnered with Brave.
The partnership comes in form of a widget incorporated into the Brave browser, from which users can execute trades on the Binance platform without ever leaving the browser or their browsing tab.
The Binance widget would appear on Brave Nightly's new tab.(Nightly is a testing development version of the brave browser which gets updated every night with new (and possibly buggy) features.)
Users would be able to sign in to their Binance accounts from the widget, and remain signed in if they wish or sign out every time they're done.
Ps: If you don't yet have a Binance account, get one here. The fees are lowered by 20% if you use that link.
However, Brave's CEO, Brendan Eich has said that the widget would be lacking most of Binance's advanced features, given that it is created to simply, quickly and easily execute trades without having to log on to the platform itself.
And the best part is this: Even though Brave is KYC backed, users who register through this widget have no reason to supply their ID, because Binance is a no-KYC required platform.
Lastly, the widget will offer enhanced security and would not be susceptible to hacks, as it would be HTTPS encrypted and will offer 2FA and OAuth security measures to users.
