New training, now directions Couce but on the more complicated path because it is necessary to climb the Serra da Santa Justa. However, the objective was long and I had as a prize the excellent views that I was able to verify and demonstrate to you.
This area is located between Serra de Santa Justa and Serra de Pias and is bathed by the River Ferreira. It is in this area that one of the Villages of Portugal is found, with cobbled paths and its old houses made of quartzite blocks.
The normal way is by road that we can follow by car to Vila de Couce. However, this path, being more complicated, also has magnificent views and also the opportunity to enjoy the view without practically anyone around, giving to taste the sound of nature.
With this pandemic situation of COVID-19, I am increasingly giving importance to having nature close to home in order to be able to do my walks and runs away from everyone.
