What is Presearch?

Presearch is a Decentralized Search Engine. Search privately, receive better results and get rewarded with the Presearch decentralized search engine, powered by blockchain technology.

PRE Token

Presearch reward users with $PRE token. $PRE is an ERC20 token and is still subjected to the high gas fees of ethereum mainnet.

How to earn?

Search

Search normally via Presearch.com like how you would use Google search. The details of the rewards are shown below.

Current reward per search - 0.1 $PRE

Max Paid Searches Per Day - 25

Means 2.5 $PRE ($0.16) per day at max

Minimum withdrawal - 1000 $PRE ($65)

The fastest it will take is 400 days (1 year and ~1 month) before it is eligible for withdrawal .

However, do not abuse the system and search nonsense as there is an anti abuse system which will check and not warn users. Users will only know that they are caught when they try to withdraw their $PRE tokens.

Node Operator

Set up nodes to run off your computer or raspberry pi.

Each node requires a minimum amount of 4000 $PRE ($260) to stake. The node will be awarded based on different metrics such as amount of $PRE staked, rewardable searches, reliability and etc.

Keyword staking

Keyword staking requires bidding for certain keywords with $PRE so that it will show up as ads when other users use those keywords during their search. It does not help you earn any $PRE from Presearch but you can use it to promote your websites, products and etc.

Conclusion

I believe that it is still worth it if you are a patient user and use Presearch as a normally like how you would use Google. There is some anti-abuse system which may not warn you and you will only find out about it when you try to withdraw. So do use it normally even if you do not have 25 searches a day. Do not force yourself to search and continue using until it becomes natural and the additional rewards are perks.
